The Colorado Fire

www.coloradofire.net
The mission of the Colorado Fire youth running club is to create a supportive, inclusive environment in which to foster the development of local runners of any ability level in the 6th to 12th grades. Coaches offer the opportunity for one-on-one work with runners on training aspects such as program design, racing strategy, and the education of the physiology and psychology of running and racing. While the Colorado Fire and its coaches are available to provide daily input on a variety of running and racing elements, the club also encourages runners who might be interested in participating at a less-frequent level. Some runners prefer to train mostly on their own, using the strength of the group when they need that extra incentive on a cold, snowy day. We welcome these runners who may only meet with us once a week.

The Fire is very welcoming to runners of all abilities. Contact Coach Jesse Johnson: jkatahdinj@yahoo.com
