Come join the biggest party in Boulder on Memorial Day, the BolderBOULDER. Voted America’s Best 10K by Runner’s World Magazine in December of 2009.
Runner’s World said, “Out-of-towners may feel the altitude, but they’ll definitely love the spectacular scenery, world-class field, rich tradition, and the stadium finish.”
The Bolder Boulder is the second largest 10K race in the country, attracting more than 50,000 participants who start in stagger waves.

Qualifing for the First Waves
The first 32 waves in the race are qualifying waves and require proof. All other waves require no proof even if your predicted time is faster than 1:08:00. Times from any race between 2 miles and a marathon may be used to qualify.
To run in the A wave, you must run a 10k faster than 38:00 or a 18:20 5k time. The AA wave will be cut off at the 41:10 10k standard
You can take the Treadmill Test at the BolderBOULDER store at Twenty Ninth Street from Sunday, April 11 through Friday, May 28, 2010 for an extra $5 fee. We will also have the treadmills out at the SportsEXHIBIT on race weekend.
If you can run two miles on our treadmill in 20:34 or less, you are guaranteed a spot in one of the qualifying waves.
